Welcome to
Yoga with dilynn
We do yoga, with a witchy twist!
What *IS* Yoga with dilynn?
Yoga with DiLynn is an online community of yoga and magick practitioners who believe that the combination of both transforms body, mind and soul.
At Yoga with DiLynn, we value inclusivity and providing the therapeutic benefits of Yoga to all. No matter your sexual or gender identity, religion, or physical abilities—we create a judgement-free, safe space for our patrons to enjoy the relief the practice of Yoga can bring. With a witchy twist! We are proud to offer Reiki and traditional Yoga, soon, we plan to expand our offerings with MELT classes. Our goal is to serve traditionally underserved communities, such as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and domestic and sexual abuse survivors with access to the one-of-a-kind Yoga experience we provide.
Along with our yoga classes, we also offer divination readings, members-only rituals, and personalized spellwork. While we *are* a magickal community, we are not necessarily Wiccan, and therefore do not all ascribe to either the Wiccan Rede of Harm None, or the threefold law. Be forewarned. That said, we are not in the business of hexing or cursing people. Flies, honey, and vinegar and all that jazz.At Yoga with DiLynn, we believe that everyone should be allowed to feel their best through Self-care. Whether it's Reiki, Yoga, MELT classes or a self-love spell, we are here to support our community and provide a supportive and loving environment for each person. Come enjoy and experience the peace and tranquility that Yoga can offer.
We want to bring yoga to those who need it the most. We aim to serve the lgbtqia+, bipoc, AAPI, and other marginalized communities. We focus on giving back to sexual and domestic violence thrivers, especially those with ptsd. you are our people.
Our mission
We started out with a belief that yoga can transform you — on and off the mat.
COMBINED WITH OUR CRAFT, WE BELIEVE THAT TRANSFORMATION CAN BE LIFE-ALTERING
Yoga is a transformation of self. Magick is the transformation of the soul
Where did this all start?
I first found yoga when I was pregnant with my first kiddo, back in 1998. I bought a couple of prenatal yoga DVDs by Shiva Rhea, and tried to start doing yoga at home. I gave up, pretty quickly. I looked longingly at the people who did yoga, and made it look so uncomplicated and beautiful. At the time, I didn't realize that they had been practicing forever, and that yoga was so much more than just stretching and contorting yourself into a pretzel.
Years later, I was re-introduced to yoga through a mindfulness-based stress reduction program at the Seattle VA hospital. Part of the program teaches some basic yoga poses to help relieve stress. It is not hyperbole to say that this workshop saved my life. It made a huge impact on my day to day living. I became more interested in yoga, and found that there was a yoga program at the VA, through the Women's Trauma and Recovery Clinic (WTRC). I was already participating in other groups through the WTRC, so it was no problem for me to pick up yoga. I fell in LOVE. We had an amazing teacher when I started, and she just made me fall head over heels in love with it. I decided within the first month of going once a week that I wanted to teach yoga, and to share it with the world.

Unfortunately, it would be a while before I would be able to start on the path to achieve that dream.
I decided that I would be enrolled in my first yoga teacher training by the time I was 45. My first session was in October of 2022, and I turned 45 in January of 2023. I received my 200 hour certificate on Father's Day 2023, and my dream of Yoga with DiLynn became a reality.
I am here now, and I want to share this beautiful lifestyle with you.
